Group coaching is all about assisting you with learning about leadership skills, becoming aware of your strengths and limitations, and determining actions to close the gaps. All participants will learn an internationally recognized best-selling book, the 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership.
Benefits
- Once you register for this plan, you will be assigned access to 'My Library' on the coaching BEYOND borders website. In 'My Library,' you will find weekly session assignments, i.e., what to read, short videos to watch, etc. The 21 laws are put together in groups of two.
- The amount of time to review the content depends on your learning process. However, the chapters are short, so it should not take more than 2-hours per week.
- Participating in a group coaching event is beneficial for those that want assistance with staying on track with completing the task, enjoy learning from other perspectives, and want to be held accountable for accomplishing personal goals.
Process
- Each week the group will review two of the 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership.
- Each participant will read two chapters in the book and listen to short explanations of the law by John Maxwell each week. Then reflect on the learning and decide what they would like to discuss during the group coaching session.
- To assist the coach with preparing for the group session, each participant will send their Coaching Session Planner before the session to the coach.
- During the group coaching session, the coach will give a brief overview of the Laws and then ask questions to start the group coaching.
- Group response from that point on guides the conversation, and the coach will intersperse questions to go deeper into the topic of discussion.
- Wrap up the coaching session with each person will develop an action plan to help them live out the leadership laws.
